FAQs

How should I take care of my Tagged District pieces?

- we suggest when you are washing your pieces to take great care. Wash them with cold or warm cold water and either air dry or on low or no heat. ( we would say do this for all your clothing to keep them lasting longer but to give you extended life with our we ask you to do it with ours and when in doubt hand wash.

Where are the pieces used for up-cycling coming from?

- We purchase our materials from places that we know are trying to give pieces a second life, second hand stores, and donations from friends and family that don’t want to see their favorite items in landfills. 

Who makes the pieces?

- Currently Tagged District is a 1 Woman show with some help from family and friends. But your pieces are made by her right in San Diego California.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have ​14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please contact by email so that refund or exchange or item process can start, and return/refund method can be determined.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit 14 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Not all items are guaranteed refund and communication on your status will be given.

Up-cycled items

Some items have been previously owned and may come with defects. Defects do not constitute as damage for up-cycled items and can only be exchanged. Shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Please contact with any concerns.

Handmade items

Not all items are made exactly the same and hand made items can have slight imperfections. Imperfections due to the nature of how it is made does not constitute as damage and may not be eligible for an refund. Shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. 

      

 If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from you refund.
